We do not take responsibility for any fee's or upfront money required by any bank or processor nor do we take any fee's or upfront money directly from a merchant. All banks and processors have the final say in whether they approve or shut down a merchants account and by doing business with us you understand that we do everything we can to ensure you are approved. We are also not responsible for credit card interchange rates as that is set by the credit card companies and the bank or processor buy rates that we have to pay is set by the banks and processors. We charge a fee for being the broker/partner of these banks and processors and you will be told the final price and see the final price and fee's in the contract before you sign. We also do require you to send certain private information such as a drivers license or address and other information that the banks need for a potential approval.
